Rulemaking Board,
Please consider my opinion in regards to granting the Grayscale Bitcoin ETF in the U.S. I feel this way due to the idea that many people will be investing in the countries that do allow these, so by not allowing US citizens to also participate is only hurting the Gov't's finances. There's no protection of it's citizens by not allowing it; wouldn't regulating it and getting the taxes from it make more sense?

The internet has made the ability to cross borders possible, and with the current U.S. financial issues, I think it's time to stop being stubborn and stuck in the standard operating procedures, and realize that it's time to allow this country to innovate and be a leader again, and the lack of regulation/clarity and the repeated denials of the ETF proposals is so disheartening to watch. I ask this as a Navy Veteran and a U.S. citizen.
