Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. If protection of investors is truly the main priority, wouldn’t a spot based ETF be an ideal accessible and secure place to put our money? We should have the freedom to make our own choice of where we would like to invest. This would give many people a way to help secure their financial future. Sincerely, Steve M
