Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. A spot Bitcoin ETF is less risky than some high leverage ETFS that exist today. The Futres Bitcoin ETF is an inferior investment vehicle for buy and hold investors. USA needs to be at the forefront of this revolution for economic growth, as we have been on all other technology fronts. Sincerely, Greg Pil
