Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The argument that the SEC continues to deny a Spot Bitcoin ETF in order to protect investors is a farce. Why does Canada have one and not the US? I don’t understand why Canadian regulators are ok with one but not the US. Bitcoin has been around for more than 12+ years. It’s time. Please approve this ETF. Sincerely, *** Kyle Wallon ***
