Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please allow citizens of the United States access to a Spot Bitcoin ETF. There isn’t an investor in this country that is not aware of the volatility involved with investing in Bitcoin. You somehow believe a Bitcoin Futures ETF is safer, but it bleeds money monthly when the contracts roll over. BITO is a terrible way to invest in the long-term potential of the number one cryptocurrency. I am a resident of California. Sincerely, Scott Perkins
