Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. And there shouldn't be taxes on Bitcoin, it's internet property not owned or tied to any nation or government, taxes should only be at the on-ramp level from fiat to crypto only, there is no way to truly know the losses and gains when something is so volatile.
