Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This is a much safer way for myself and others to access Bitcoin in a familiar and non complicated way. Bitcoin futures are far more complicated than I am accustomed to.
