Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an investor from Washington State, I am disadvantaged regarding access to Bitcoin and other cryptos as I would like to use publicly traded vehicles like GBTC instead of troubling with new specialized accounts, wallets, etc. Please consider investors’ convenience investing in this new area as part of your deliberations.
