Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), to a Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Your prior approval of a Bitcoin Futures ETF only helped hedge funds and risk arbitrators profit, while decimating the value of my Grayscale Bitcoin Trust. Gary Gensler only helps the rich get richer. It’s about time he stood up for us small investors. Tell him to stop his hypocritical, two-faced pretense and actually protect us individual investors. He can do that by approving the conversion of GBTC to a spot bitcoin ETF. Thank you, Craig Ferree Palm Springs, CA
