Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The SEC is harming investors by not allowing GBTC to become an ETF which will allow the fund value to float at the NAV. Please approve GBTC and all the other Grayscale funds as ETFs.
