Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. We already have Bitcoin Futures ETF, many other countries (e.g. Canada) already have spot BTC ETF so we should lead, not lag on this important progress. Sincerely, Christophe Masiero
