Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Not doing so would clearly place the economic interests of the banking and financial industry ahead of my own and my family’s interests as Americans. The world is looking at how the SEC and Gary Gensler, the longtime Goldman Sacks alumni, can be independent of the banking and financial industry. Sincerely, Richard Masters
