Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC) to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I invested in this fund back in 2020, and it's been really tough to see the premium go negative over the last 8 months. I feel like I'm trapped in this position, because I don't want to sell at a significant discount, and it's my largest personal holding. I'm a resident of Florida.
