Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Compared to future based Bitcoin ETF, GBTC spot Bitcoin ETF is backed by real "physical" Bitcoin. This will prevent the fraud. GBTC is much safer than holding your bitcoin on questionable exchanges.
