Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a U.S. citizen residing in the state of Idaho, I’d like to have the opportunity to choose to invest in a Bitcoin spot ETF, and Grayscale’s proposed spot Bitcoin ETF checks all the boxes. We should have these products available. People investing in blockchain technology should be educated about the risks and volatility. We are unable to get exposure to this volatility until the SEC approves a spot Bitcoin ETF. Educate investors (as you currently are on social media, etc), allow participation in the space, and please finally approve Grayscale’s Bitcoin spot ETF to benefit investors who understand the risks.
