Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an investor in both Bitcoin and Grayscales GBTC. What really concerns me is that we are getting left behind as US citizens. El Salvador U.S. investing in Bitcoin. Fidelity has a bitcoin ETF but only in Canada. Why are US citizens getting left out? There obviously is a market for it. We have futures etfs for bitcoin, so it can be regulated on the market. So why not a spot bitcoin etf? If it’s good enough for Fidelity & Canada we should get access too. Sincerely, Tyler Cheney
