Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. By comparing investments vehicles in the digital asset space available to me in the US with what other financial regulators offer to their citizens abroad, I feel that currently we have access to less financial opportunities than citizens of other countries such as in Europe or in Asia. I do believe that this puts me as an investor at a disadvantage and would therefore ask the SEC to level the playing field giving us access a to a spot ETF. Sincerely, Cristian Samoilovich
