Dear SEC, We are writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a long-time shareholders of GBTC, we believe that the conversion from trust structure to ETF is in the best interest of the investing public.
