Hello SEC, Thank you for allowing me to comment here - I write this letter in strong support for acceptance of the conversion of GBTC into an ETF. I believe there is very little risk associated with this and believe the U.S. investors should have the ability to select a U.S.-based Bitcoin ETF. The futures ETFs have already been approved, but we all want access to a spot ETF, as it is physically backed by the asset. Bitcoin ETFs have already been accepted in many other countries, so I only see it right to accept such in the U.S., instead of having our U.S. investors put their money outside of the U.S. I have already invested in GBTC and think the conversion into an ETF will only benefit us.
