Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Virginia. I’m an immigrant and moved to the U.S. because of innovations, creativity, and freedom. Unfortunately I can see the U.S. falling behind when it comes to many crypto legislations, including a Bitcoin spot ETF. The U.S. should be leading. I hope the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust can be converted to a spot Bitcoin ETF in the U.S. Sincerely, Eric
