Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), into a Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As crypto assets continue to move into mainstream acceptance throughout the world as both an asset class and an uncorrelated store of value, it is important that the U.S. not continue to fall further behind other developed countries in accessibility — and certainly so with better accessibility for Bitcoin in particular. A spot Bitcoin ETF would be far better, safer and more efficient than the current futures-based offerings.
