I am writing to indicate my support for approval of a Proposed Rule Change to List and Trade Shares of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (BTC) under NYSE Arca Rule 8.201-E.a bitcoin spot ETF. There is a significant barrier to entry involved with the complexity of hardware wallets for bitcoin. I believe having a spot bitcoin ETF will allow improved safety for average investors. I believe appropriately sized bitcoin allocation for long term holdings will be improved for investors by a spot bitcoin ETF compared to the futures ETF and the current GBTC fund format.
