Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have an account with TD Ameritrade where I own GBTC. The Grayscale products do an amazing job allowing me to have access to BTC and invest in the future of money. I am not real happy with GBTC at times because the price of the shares varies . I bought it at a premium and now am stuck with a great discount. Talk about price manipulation. If the GBTC Trust could be an ETF it would then trade specifically with the price of BTC and that would be fair and end the manipulation helping protect investors such as myself. Please Make GBTC and ETF as soon as possible.
