As a small business owner I would like exposure to Bitcoin via my SEP IRA. The current available products trade at a large discount to NAV which does not protect investors like myself but rather harms us. Americans are perfectly capable of assessing the risks involved with such an investment. Other countries have approved a spot ETF with success and I am confident we can do the same.
