Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am 67 years old and prefer owning BTC and ETH through my regular trading accounts. I have been trading since my mid twenties. So quit forcing us to be in a trust when an ETF would represent fair value (NAV).I think it would be better to approve this now before we're forced to move to cold wallets. Sincerely, Paul Pinkerton
