Respected SEC officials, I am a non immigrant temporarily working in the tech industry of CA and I greatly cherish the privilege that the US has granted by allowing me to work, live and invest in this great country. It is my humble request to please allow a spot bitcoin etf so that I can put some of my savings in it as per my research. I believe that bitcoin is an excellent asset class superior to gold and if the SEC approves a spot ETF the US investors would greatly benefit by exposure to this asset class of the future.
