Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an investor, and a citizen of the United States, it concerns me that a basic spot ETF is blocked by the SEC while the futures ETF is approved. I understand the the risks involved and do not appreciate the “Protection” I am being forced to accept. Please exercise common sense and fairness and approve the Spot ETF. There are more single issue voters in support of this innovation that you truly realize. Sincerely, Robert Grau
