Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in Texas and have owned GBTC since March 23, 2021. The trading price of GBTC trades at a substantial discount to the value of the Bitcoin it holds. You have approved trading in the Proshares Bitcoin Strategy ETF, which trades in-line with the value of the Bitcoin it holds.
