Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a current resident of the State of Colorado, I am disappointed to see other countries and jurisdictions approve a spot bitcoin ETF while the US languishes even further behind. With respect to technology and innovation, the United States is where it is due to forward thinking regulators and legislation - we must keep that in mind as we move forward if the US is to remain the home of innovation and freedom.
