Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m an early adopter of bitcoin and consider it a worthy investment of my time and energy. I appreciate the SECs commitment to protecting consumers however the SECs recent moves to prevent this trust from becoming a spot ETF, while approving a futures ETF, is mind boggling and counterproductive. I believe the decision to delay approval hurts American investors who have weighed the risks and benefits and still believe exposure is important. Please approve the ETF. Sincerely, Leslie Nevarez DMD
