Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in the Boston area and have been DCAing into Bitcoin since March of 2020. As other countries have allowed for spot ETF’s I think that we as one of the most innovative countries in the world we should make it happen! Best Regards Joe DeFilippo
