Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe it is important for Americans to have exposure to this exciting new asset class. A spot ETF would give a fair, low fee, regulated way for Americans to benefit. Other countries have had great results, for example, Canada’s spot ETF first week volume broke records! People want to invest, give them a seamless way to. Thank you and I hope you consider.
