Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have read all the comments about conversion of this fund and Bitcoin spot ETFs and there are so many reasons to approve this as has been written .. this is a new asset class that the investing and non-investing world is adopting. The rest of the world has approved a spot ETF which is the most low-cost method and safest from a hack perspective for retail investors. Thanks much in advance for your consideration.
