Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of Tennessee and am a trustee to a large Trust. I would like to diversify the investments with some exposure to Bitcoin but have limited options other than the currently listed Grayscale Bitcoin Trust. Converting this trust to an ETF will expand options for investors and bring the cost of GBTC shares on par to the Bitcoin value. It will also save the investor management fees.
