Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. If there can be spot ETFs for gold, oil, etc. I see little reason why there cannot be one for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other crypto assets. This would provide much needed legitimacy and liquidity to these markets. Sincerely, Scott Steimle
