Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GBTC already owns the bitcoin so there would not be a big impact on the market. I've been advising everyone to invest in the Canadian bitcoin ETFs which of coarse move money out of the USA.
