Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in Massachusetts and greatly support the US adopting and being a leader in this critical combination of blockchain and crypto technology that will define digital finance going forward. Key to this is facilitating a BTC ETF that will allow individual and institutional US investors to participate and benefit. Grayscale is / should be the most obvious and first choice given its current position as a BTC trust. Sincerely, John McDonald
