Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC) to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As you know Canada already has had a spot bitcoin etc for over a year. It doesn’t appear to have had any of the problems that you may be concerned with. I would like to easily add a small percentage of Bitcoin to my IRA but it is very difficult to do using a crypto direct exchange. Allowing GBTC to be available as a spot bitcoins ETF would be advantageous in many other ways that don’t need to be listed here. Suffice it to say there is a need for this. Sincerely, JAMES MUSTARD
