Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin has been operating flawlessly as a global trustless monetary network for 13 years. Like any stock that has a growing network, the price is volatile and that is what attracts investors. By not approving a spot ETF SEC is penalizing people who are not tech savvy to hold a bearer asset but want to be exposed to gains on Bitcoin. Other countries are front running Americans everyday. Please do the right thing and approve the conversion and be the heros of 80m+ Americans who want it. Sincerely, Manoj Duggirala
