Dear SEC, My name is Andrew and I am writing to request your support for the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. A resident of Massachusetts, I have been an investor and advocate for virtual currency for several years and strongly believe it is only a matter of time before its use becomes mainstream as a result of its numerous benefits (permanent confirmation on the blockchain, verification, and validation of transactions). With the rapid and continuous adoption of bitcoin and other virtual currencies for everyday use and a store of value, I ask that you support the conversion of GBTC to a Spot Bitcoin ETF.
