Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an individual investor. GBTC is trading at a significant discount to NAV and charges fees that are too high. If GBTC were to convert to an ETF, both of those problems would improve and benefit individual investors like myself. Sincerely,
