Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As one of the first funds for bitcoin, it only makes sense to approve due to the experience and market presence. If other ETFs will be approved, it would be inexplicable to not approve gbtc.
