Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Not only has every other major market in the world already approved this, but we have a product in GBTC that just isn’t a good investment any longer because of the structure.
