Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It’s time the USA takes the lead in this new and exciting technology. The inventions, ideas, and capital improvements will be vast. I prefer a spot Bitcoin ETF to a futures ETF. Please approve these.
