Dear SEC, As a U.S. citizen and investor I am writing to express my strong interest in GBTC to convert to an ETF. This has many advantages for an investor and for the U.S. as a competitive player in global capital markets. To me it seems the SEC is doing nothing but political favors by postponing a spot ETF. There are much riskier investments out there and it should not be the job of the SEC to decide which investments are sound and which ones are not, that if for the public to decide. Again, I believe the GBTC should be allowed to convert to an ETF. Kind regards, U.S. retail investor
