GBTC should be converted to an ETF. The management fees on this product are currently terrible. Meanwhile, the asset is trading far below NAV. Converting GBTC to an ETF would give investors the ability to legally purchase a regulated product that more accurately reflects the pricing of the underlying asset, Bitcoin.
