Regarding: File Number SR-NYSEArca-2021-90 I support the conversion of Grayscale's GBTC fund to an ETF. Please approve the proposed rule change to convert GBTC to an ETF. America should lead in crypto and blockchain innovations. Many other countries have already approved their own BTC spot ETFs.
