Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of Utah - I'm disappointed the only bitcoin etf is based on futures and forces investors to lose money through contango. Please approve a spot bitcoin etf. Sincerely, Jordan Hughes
