Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I want to encourage this change for your consideration. It has been a while since the change was proposed and it would seem that this is an appropriate next step for the GBTC security fund.
