Dear SEC, Let's keep the USA global finance and tech leader and don't let 3rd world countries lead in this transformative 21st century. Bitcoin ETF needs to be approved soon. It will, for sure, the question is when. Canada, Australia, South Korea and across the EU (even Bulgaria!!). Should we let Kosovo do it before us too?! Let's be pragmatic, future oriented and approve the spot ETF already. Thank you, Miroslav
